Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the aigentQR platform, including our website, SMS messaging services, and related tools (collectively, the "Service"), operated by aigentQR, a product of Tekumbrella LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service or texting a keyword to our SMS number, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. SMS Messaging
By texting a keyword (such as PILOT) to our SMS number, you consent to receive automated marketing text messages from aigentQR. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP or contact us at aigentqr@voxclear.com.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a business operator or authorized representative to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. Pilot Program
Participation in the aigentQR pilot program is subject to separate screening and agreement. Geo-exclusivity rights, platform access, and case study credit are contingent on execution of a pilot agreement and compliance with program requirements. We reserve the right to accept or decline any applicant at our sole discretion.
4. Use of the Service
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to send unsolicited communications, to infringe on any intellectual property rights, or to interfere with the operation of the Service or any connected systems.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, technology, and materials on the Service, including the aigentQR platform and its QR-to-SMS methodology, are the intellectual property of Tekumbrella LLC and are protected by applicable laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results from using the Service will meet your expectations.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, aigentQR and Tekumbrella LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
